The Custom Users, Hours, and Event Registrations reports now have the ability to filter by User Groups.
1. From the report, click the filter icon and select 'User Group' 2. Choose the User Group you want to limit the report to, or select 'Filter by Multiple Groups' Filtering by Multiple Groups allows for the same filtering options used on the Users page, such as specifically omitting users who are in a particular User Group.
Use-cases: omitting Community Service volunteers, Homeowners, Sweat Equity, Administrators, etc.
Row Numbers
The Custom Event Registrations and Users reports now contain row numbers to aid in counting and finding totals. Hours Totals
The Custom Event Registrations and Hours reports now have totals at the bottom for the total hours contained within the report.
Grouping by User UID
The 'User UID' is a unique ID assigned to each user. This unique identifier should be used instead of username, as users created via Social Media login have no username.
