You can print labels and envelopes using the User Roster report. To print labels or envelopes, you must have a word processor (e.g., Microsoft Word) that is capable of mail merge. Check your product documentation for instructions on completing the mail merge once you've exported the necessary data from VolunteerHub.

To export mail merge data from VolunteerHub, follow the steps below.

Step 1.

Run the User Roster report by navigating to Reports > Unformatted Reports and clicking on the User Roster option.

Step 2.

Select the desired filters and click on Preview Report.

Step 3.

Click Download Full Report.  Remove any unnecessary columns from the exported report and save it to your hard-drive to use it as your mail-merge data file. Check your word processor (e.g., Microsoft Word) documentation for more information.
