If you discover that your users are not able to register with a join code you've created, often this is due to an inadvertent space after the join code.
To fix the issue, navigate to the User Group and click Edit. Click your cursor somewhere after the end of your join code. If there is space between the blinking cursor and the last character of your join code, delete the extra space and save the user group.
