Volunteers can reset their own password by clicking the Forgot Password link in the Sign In page. However, if a volunteer forgets which email address they entered in their profile, or if the volunteer shares an email address with another user in the system, you may need to reset their password on their behalf and provide it to them via email or over the phone.

Follow the steps below to reset a user's password manually.

Step 1.

Search for the user by clicking the magnifying glass in the upper right and typing their name.  From the list, select the user.

Step 2.

Click the ellipsis button (...) in the upper right (next to the Edit button) and select "Change Password" from the menu that appears.

Step 3.

Enter the new password in both the Password and Re-enter Password fields.

Step 4.

Click the Save button.
